The Oxford University Society of Luxembourg announces a dinner with speech to be given by M Yves Mersch, Governor of the Banque centrale du Luxembourg, on 30th June 2011, at 7.30 PM for 8 PM at the Cercle Munster, 5-7 rue Munster, Stadtgrund, Luxembourg. M Mersch will speak on the euro’s financial crisis and the political changes it may bring. There will then be discussion.
