New appointments in Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) services
Luxembourg, 7 October 2011- Ernst & Young Global has decided to host part of its GlobalTelecommunications Industry capabilities in Luxembourg, thus acknowledging the strong position of our country in the global Information and Communication Technology (ICT) community and the expertise of our local team.

Olivier Lemaire, Audit and Advisory Partner, has recently been promoted to the position of EMEIA Telecommunications Leader. In his new role Olivier will be in charge of supervising and promoting Ernst & Young services provided to telecommunications operators in the 90 countries across the Ernst & Young EMEIA network. Based in Luxembourg, Olivier has been serving the Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) industry throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle-East for more than 15 years. He was the Global Leader of Telecom Revenue Assurance activities since 2006. Olivier will remain TMT Leader for Luxembourg.
This new promotion complements other leadership roles taken on by other partners in Luxembourg on an EMEIA and global level, among which is Bart Van Droogenbroek, who was appointed Global Telecommunication Tax Leader last year, demonstrating our will and capability to service ICT
Additionally, the Ernst & Young Global Telecommunications Center has also decided to host its Revenue Assurance and certain Risk Advisory capabilities for the Telecom Industry in Luxembourg. These activities are supervised by Brice Lecoustey, Advisory Senior Manager at Ernst & Young Luxembourg.
