The British Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite you to an After-Work Legal Forum: "The Company law has awoken – key changes affecting public and private limited companies". This will take place on Wednesday 25 October 2017 at 18:15 at the premises of MNKS, Vertigo Polaris building, 2-4 rue Eugene Ruppert, L-2453 Luxembourg.

 

 

 

The presenters, Saskia Myners (Corporate Partner, MNKS) and Darina Cochrane (Senior Associate, MNKS) will give a practical insight and global overview of certain changes made to the Luxembourg law on commercial companies dated 10 August 1915, as amended, covering areas such as corporate governance, share transfers, voting rights, financing instruments, liquidations. They will also present first practical issues (and solutions) encountered since the implementation of the law.

The British Chamber wishes to thank MNKS for generously hosting this event in its premises.

The cost of attending this event is: Sustaining Members, FREE, Business & Individual Members, €20 and Non-Members, €40.

The evening will begin at 18:15 with registration. The presentations are scheduled to begin at 18:30 sharp. To close the evening drinks and canapes will be provided and, as always, the opportunity to meet and discuss with your fellow Chamber Members.

PLEASE NOTE CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN 12:00 NOON MONDAY 23 OCTOBER 2017.  WHERE NO WRITTEN CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED WE WILL REGRETTABLY HAVE TO INVOICE FOR THE COST OF THE EVENT.
