The British Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite you to attend an Evening Business Forum: "Risks for directors of Luxembourg companies - What every director should know" on Wednesday 20 April 2016 at Allen & Overy, 33 Avenue J.F. Kennedy, Kirchberg, L-1855 Luxembourg at 17:30.

The panel will illustrate the risks facing directors of Luxembourg companies, with relevant examples from actual court cases. The panel will also discuss:  

• How to mitigate the risks of personal liability through the use of D&O insurance. 
• Why a typical D&O insurance policy may not be available to cover certain risks.
• How a new type of policy that attaches to individual directors rather than corporates could be used to plug some of the gaps.

The evening will begin at 17:30 with registration. The presentations  are scheduled to begin at 18:00. To close the evening drinks and canapes will be provided and, as always, the opportunity to meet and discuss with your fellow Chamber Members and the panellists.
