Have you ever worked in a team? Maybe you still do. Have you and your team mates had to ride through a change, such as a company restructuring or merger? Maybe it was a business expansion or reduction. Or perhaps it was the introduction of new working policies and practices. When a team faces a collective challenge it requires good leadership to pull them through. The aim of this breakfast session is to explore what makes a team cohesive and how difficult change can be led successfully. 

Join the BCC People and Leadership group for a fun and insightful breakfast session. With the theme of Leading Change, this is the second of four workshops in 2018 . It will take place on Wednesday 13 June 2018 from 08:30-10:00 at Badenoch & Clark, Luxembourg.

With  reference to topical research, we will look at the way that groups of individuals function. Our goal is to equip you with some tips on how to lead teams through change in a more productive way. As usual, you can expect to have moments of reflection and discussion as well as interactive exercises. We will leave you with something practical to apply to team work.
