The British Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite you to attend a lunch with Guest Speaker Nadine Bogelmann, Partner, MOLITOR Avocats à la Cour who will speak on the subject: "Debt Recovery in Luxembourg: How to make sure your invoices are paid".
The summer is nearly over and your invoices are still not paid! Nadine has extensive experience in national and cross-border dispute resolution and is a specialist in labour law and employment-related litigation. She is a partner at MOLITOR Avocats à la Cour and head of MOLITOR’s Labour and Pensions practice area. She will show you how to make the necessary preliminary checks on your client and how to ensure you have an enforceable contract, how to create an invoice so there is no excuse not to pay it, she will provide practical advice on how to chase up unpaid invoices in accordance with Luxembourg law and practice, and, if all else fails, how to enforce payment of a valid debt within Luxembourg and across borders.
Nadine has been a partner at MOLITOR since January 2007 (she joined the firm in 2003) and a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1994. She co-heads the Labour and Pensions Department at MOLITOR, one of the busiest and established in the firm. Nadine works in collaboration with Human Resource Managers on contentious issues relating to employment litigation, and individual and collective dismissal procedures. Other fields of expertise include civil contracts and commercial litigation.
She is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA), the Employment Law Specialist Association Luxembourg (ELSA) and The International Bar Association (IBA), and she teaches courses on Social Security Law at the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce.
Nadine is very involved in contributing to a Luxembourg government website relating to labour and social security issues.
