It is with great pleasure that we invite you to join us at our Annual Dinner, which will be held at the Orangerie, Mondorf-les-Bains on Friday 30th September 2011. Due to the success of previous years’ events, the evening will once again include special musical entertainment. This year, for the first time, we are delighted to announce that this will be provided by the Ulysses Piedra Trio.  You will be invited to join them on a journey of rythms and melodies of Latino Jazz songs including the Cuban Sound, Reggae, Samba and many more.

The evening will begin at 19:30 with cocktails which will be followed by dinner and music. The price includes wines and cocktails.

The Annual Dinner has is always one of our most popular events, so in order to ensure your reservation is confirmed, please reply soon by contacting the Secretariat by e-mail - info@bcc.lu - or by fax with the enclosed registration form. The cost of the event is Euros 75 for BCC Members and their Guests and Euros 90 for Non-Members. If you have any specific dietary requirements please let us know.

Please note that cancellations must be received in writing no later than noon Monday 26th September 2011.  WHERE NO WRITTEN CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED WE REGRET WE WILL HAVE TO CHARGE FOR THE COST OF THE EVENT.  We look forward to seeing you there.
