This forum will discuss the definition of engagement, the realisation that there are issues; implementation of short, medium and long term solutions and re-assessment. This forum should be of particular interest to HR Management and Operational Managers alike.
The experienced panelists will be bringing to the discussion table their exposure to these issues from various sized organisations which employ multiple cultured employees; having to carry through multiple geographical strategic influences having gone through a period of economic depression. There are, therefore, many things to discuss and to share and, being of great interest, this will make an evening not to be missed. The evening will be moderated by Pascale Schuman of Fast.

The evening will begin at 18:30 with registration. The panel will then discuss 'Employee Engagement - Are you and your employees committed to the organisation and its values? this will be followed by a Q & A session with the audience. To close the evening a buffet dinner will be served and, as always the opportunity to meet and discuss with your fellow Chamber Members. The evening should end around 22:00
