Sara advises primarily institutional clients in all types of international and domestic financing transactions including real estate finance, fund finance, as well as acquisition and asset finance. Sara further specializes in structured finance transactions, assisting clients in the structuring and setting up of regulated and unregulated securitization undertakings, as well as the issuance and listing of securities.
Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Sara has been working for several years at other renowned law firms in Luxembourg.
She is a fully qualified German lawyer and holds a postgraduate degree in business law (DESS droit des affaires) and a diplôme de juriste conseil d’entreprise (DJCE) from the University of Poitiers (2003). Sara is a member of the Cologne bar and was admitted to the Luxembourg bar in 2006.
She is fluent in English, French and German.
