Linklaters strengthens its Luxembourg Capital Markets & Banking practice with the arrival of Udo Prinz as Consultant

Linklaters is pleased to announce that Udo Prinz has joined the firm’s Luxembourg Capital Markets & Banking practice as a Consultant, with a particular focus on financial and insurance regulation. Udo brings more than two decades of experience advising on a broad spectrum of regulatory matters, including complex acquisitions and reorganisations.

Udo’s background includes a distinguished career with top-tier law firms, where he advised institutional clients such as banks, investment firms, insurers, reinsurers and corporates.

His arrival reinforces Linklaters’ commitment to delivering cutting-edge legal solutions and strengthening its Financial Regulation team in Luxembourg, which is led by Eliane Dejardin Botelho (Partner, Capital Markets & Banking Practice) and Raoul Heinen (Partner, Investment Funds Practice).

Udo is a member of the Luxembourg Bar and an active participant in Luxembourg’s financial services and insurance community.

Udo is also a regular contributor to professional forums on regulatory and cross-border developments in financial services and insurance.
