With over 16 years of experience, Sabrina has consistently demonstrated exceptional legal acumen and a deep understanding of the employment landscape. Her work spans the full employment life cycle, from complex contract drafting and senior executive exits to workplace investigations and negotiations with staff representatives and unions. She is especially recognized for her pragmatic and solution-driven approach to sensitive matters such as collective dismissals and reorganizations.
Sabrina’s expertise in remuneration policy design, particularly within the financial sector, has made her a go-to adviser for banks, insurance firms and listed companies. Her ability to align legal frameworks with operational realities ensures tailored, strategic solutions for her clients.
