DLA Piper announces promotion of one new partner and two new senior associates in Luxembourg
DLA Piper announces 2025 promotions in Luxembourg
Luxembourg, 01 July 2025 – Global law firm DLA Piper has confirmed three promotions in its Luxembourg office so far this year: Mélody Brunot was promoted to partner in May, and Fanny Denoël and Sarah Noville are promoted to senior associates, effective today.
Fanny Denoël, promoted within the Finance team, advises banks, sponsors and corporate borrowers on a wide range of financing transactions. Her experience covers acquisition finance, real estate finance and fund finance as well as debt restructurings.
Sarah Noville, part of the Investment Management & Funds team, advises fund managers, institutional investors and service providers on fund structuring and regulatory compliance across asset classes, including private equity and alternative strategies.
Mélody Brunot has been a partner in the Corporate team since May 2025. Her practice focuses on cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. She regularly advises strategic investors and multinational groups on structuring and executing complex, multi-jurisdictional deals. Her promotion reflects both her technical expertise and her role in delivering high-quality, coordinated support to clients across DLA Piper’s international platform.
Beyond their client work, Mélody, Fanny and Sarah are actively involved in internal initiatives, contributing to knowledge development, wellbeing programmes and the firm’s pro bono efforts.
