The BCC Emerging Leader programme is designed to support young professionals and individuals considering a career transition at key stages of their professional development. It provides structured, one-to-one mentoring relationships with experienced professionals who offer guidance grounded in practical experience and sound judgment.

Programme Structure

●  Duration: six months
●  Recommended meeting frequency: two meetings per month between mentor and mentee
●  Meeting formats and practical arrangements are agreed jointly by mentor and mentee
