IMS announcement

The British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg is excited to announce a new partnership with IMS – “Inspiring More Sustainability” – Luxembourg.

With sustainability at the forefront of many businesses agendas, we believe that this partnership will allow us to bring valuable insights and opportunities to our members.

IMS is an independent, apolitical, non-profit organization that benefits from the expertise of an agile and creative team. The network represents 17 % of the Luxembourg workforce and is the national representative of the European organisation CSR Europe.

IMS explores new solutions and tests sustainable alternatives, facilitating innovative initiatives by mobilizing all private, public and associative partners.

IMS projects tackle challenges such as:

  • People: inclusion & diversity, wellbeing at work, community engagement, youth, business & human rights.
  • Planet: tackling climate change, natural resources & biodiversity, towards zero waste.
  • Prosperity: responsible production & consumption, new economic approaches, social and solidarity economy, transparency & reporting.

As a result of our partnership with IMS, we have contributed to the 2022 Luxembourg Sustainability Forum by collaborating with IMS to bring the renowned world authority on corporate responsibility and sustainable capitalism, bestselling author and serial entrepreneur John Elkington to Luxembourg.

In addition, several of our Sustaining member CEOs were able to attend the highly prestigious CEO dinner on the eve of the Forum to hear John speak.

We look forward to bringing our members even more value and expertise as we continue to develop our relationship with IMS.

Sarah Battey (BCC Vice-Chair)
