The British Chamber of Commerce People and Leadership Group is pleased to invite you to the first in a series of four workshops for 2020 with the theme: "Engaging Your Employees". This will take place on Wednesday, 11 March 2020 from 08:30-10:00 at Silversquare, 21 rue Glesener, L-1631 Luxembourg.

What are your personal values and how do they shape your decisions and behaviours?  Come and find out at our interactive workshop.

We will also question the value of corporate values. How can they best be lived in organisations?  And what are the consequences of a mismatch between personal and corporate values?

We will explore how to overcome any misalignment and consider whether employees can ever truly engage in a values-driven work environment.
