Messaouda advises clients on a wide range of M&A, private equity and corporate finance matters.
Messaouda studied law in France. She holds a master’s II degree in banking and finance law (2011) and a master’s I degree in private law (2010) from the University of Strasbourg. During her studies, she spent a year at the University of East Anglia (UK). From September 2019 to September 2020, she was seconded to a major international law firm in New York.
Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Messaouda completed an internship at another reputed Luxembourg law firm.
Messaouda is a member of the Luxembourg bar (Liste IV) and was admitted to the Paris bar in 2017.
She is fluent in English and French and she also has working knowledge of Arabic and Spanish.
