BSP is pleased to announce a wave of new promotions within the firm as of 1st January 2026.

Audrey Risser has been promoted to Senior Counsel. As a litigator, Audrey is regularly involved in complex domestic and multijurisdictional disputes resolution, with a focus on real estate, commercial and corporate matters. In addition, she frequently works on real estate contracts, drafting and negotiating a number of agreements.

Marc-Alexandre Bieber (Tax), Deniz Günes Türktas (Banking & Finance and Capital Markets), Alessandro Morini (Corporate and M&A) and Olivier Schank (Tax) have been promoted to Counsel.

BSP also promoted to Senior Associate Gaston Aguirre Draghi (Investment Management), Alexandre Frencia (Dispute Resolution) and Michele Mancuso (Corporate M&A and Private Equity). Promoted to Associate are Elsa Jorro, Elma Osmic-Badic and Alexandra Vizitiu.
