Anderson Wise launches their Ireland Desk Anderson Wise, already a well-recognised recruitment and executive search firm in Luxembourg is now adding Ireland to their jurisdictions.
Andrew Notter, Partner of Anderson Wise, says ‘ever since I moved to Luxembourg, almost 15 years ago, I have always been interested in opening an Ireland desk. We have listened to our clients and as an independent firm, we are now able to offer recruitment services in Ireland.
It makes a lot of sense to work across the two largest Fund domiciles in Europe, represented by the Irish Funds Industry Association and the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry. The shared management structures across the two countries allow us to support the leadership team of existing and future clients.
One of our aims is to open the candidate corridor between both jurisdictions. There already exists a flow of candidates between the countries and Anderson Wise will help facilitate these moves more easily. We are well placed to highlight the benefits of how international experience can develop their careers and offer further job opportunities.
We are fortunate to have hired a previous colleague who we know and trust to develop this market.’
Pawel Galanty, Recruitment & Business Manager – Ireland Desk, at Anderson Wise says ‘I’m delighted to be working alongside the very best recruiters on the market once again. When the team approached me and discussed the Ireland Desk, I had no hesitation to get on board. I have already helped facilitate the transition of candidates wishing to move from Ireland to Luxembourg and vice versa. Both jurisdictions are very attractive to candidates, and I look forward to continued engagement with candidates and clients wishing to benefit from a dedicated Irish Recruitment Desk.’
