BSP advised BIL Corporate Finance and Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL) as arranger and agent on the EUR 43,800,000 Luxembourg law refinancing of the WOODEN building.
The WOODEN building is a 9,600 m2 office building located in the Leudelange activity district west of Luxembourg-City. The building features an innovative high-tech timber structure and wooden architecture and houses the headquarters of Baloise Assurances Luxembourg.
