DLA Piper grows Corporate practice with new hire

Céline has strong experience in corporate law, focusing on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture structures, reorganization and restructuring work in both a domestic and cross-border context. She regularly advises private equity houses, institutional investors, large corporations and startups in these fields. Céline joins the firm from the fiduciary Apex, formerly Capita Fiduciary, where she spent almost 11 years as part of the board of directors. Before that, she worked for Allen & Overy and Loyens Loeff as a Corporate lawyer. Catherine Pogorzelski, Country Managing Partner of the Luxembourg office and head of the Corporate practice in Luxembourg, said: “Céline’s appointment adds significant additional weight to our capabilities in Luxembourg and we are delighted to welcome her to the firm.
