Spring Professional Luxembourg and Adecco Luxembourg, in collaboration in particular with ADEM, are partners in the Luxembourg government’s ambitious Ecolog project to carry out large-scale Covid screening tests among residents and border residents of the Grand Duchy. By being mandated on this project, Spring Professional and Adecco took up a great challenge: recruiting and training in volume in a very short time, while obtaining the authorizations to practice for nurses coming from abroad. Regarding logistics and administrative staff, Spring Professional and Adecco sourced more than 400 candidates and trained more than 300. With over 345 people working at the screening sites, the success of the program is ultimately the result of working hand in hand with Ecolog, LIH and ADEM. According to Julie Noirhomme, Managing Director of Spring Professional and member of the Management Committee of The Adecco Group, “this is a great opportunity for each of us to be part of this great collective, innovative and societal project”. Indeed, the collaboration of all in this societal project will participate in the recovery and the economic and social well-being of Luxembourg.
