We are pleased to invite you to participate in the BCC Emerging Leaders Mentorship Programme Pilot, a new initiative launched by the British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg to foster meaningful, goal-oriented mentor–mentee relationships within our community. This pilot programme is exclusively open to BCC members.

This programme is designed to support young professionals and experienced leaders alike by creating a structured framework for knowledge sharing, professional development, and leadership growth in Luxembourg’s dynamic business environment.

About the Programme

The Emerging Leaders Mentorship Programme aims to empower participants through personalised guidance, actionable insights, and exposure to diverse perspectives. Mentees will benefit from strategic support to accelerate their careers or navigate transitions, while mentors will have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills, share expertise, and contribute to the development of future business leaders.

Kindly note that applications for this pilot cohort are limited. A small number of participants will be selected, with mentor–mentee matches based on compatibility and alignment. Applicants who are not selected for this pilot will be considered for the next cohort in September.

Programme Structure & Timeline for the Pilot:
Duration: 6 months
Meetings: Minimum one meeting per month
Applications Close: 15 February 2026
Pilot Cohort Launch: Early March
Kick-off Event: Online Zoom
Closing Event (Pilot): September 2026
Second Cohort Launch: September 2026

How to Apply:
Applicants will complete a short questionnaire outlining objectives, industry preferences, and pairing preferences, along with a concise motivation letter.
