On 9 February 2022, the Luxembourg Parliament has approved a new law amending the law of 22 March 2004 on securitisation. The new law will enter into force after publication in the official journal, which should occur in the course of February.
During this first virtual event, the EWS team will present the project to the public and reveal the initial results from the interviews conducted with participating companies during the past few months. The research team will also launch a nationwide survey destined to gather information across the board from all Luxembourg companies and professionals with the aim of subsequently publishing recommendations for the future use of EWS in a business context.
