
The BCC Emerging Leader programme pilot is designed to support young professionals and individuals considering a career transition at key stages of their professional development. It provides structured, one-to-one mentoring relationships with experienced professionals who offer guidance grounded in practical experience and sound judgment. This pilot programme is exclusively tailored for BCC members.

Programme Structure
● Duration: six months
● Recommended meeting frequency: Minimum one meeting per month between mentor and mentee
● Meeting formats and practical arrangements are agreed jointly by mentor and mentee

● Combines structured guidance with individual goal-setting
● Enables participants to take ownership of their development
● Enhances participants’ contribution to their organisations and to Luxembourg’s professional landscape

Kindly note that applications for this pilot are limited. A small number of participants will be selected, with mentor–mentee matches based on compatibility and alignment. Applicants who are not selected will be considered for the next cohort in September.
