Within the first three months of their 20th anniversary year, ATOZ Tax Advisers, Luxembourg advisory firm and founding member of Taxand globally, announces the opening of its new office in Dubai.

Founded in 2004, ATOZ Tax Advisers is one of the leading Luxembourg providers of a comprehensive range of tax solutions. Discussions to develop operations cross-border and,
specifically, in Dubai, were initiated to meet the needs of the entire life cycle of an investment entity: From tax planning, design and implementation to exit planning, with particular industry focus on Financial Institutions, Private Equity and Family Offices.

With Partner, Olivier Remacle, heading up the office and Principal, Barbara Schwartz, located onsite, ATOZ Tax Advisers Middle East will assist clients headquartered in the region to invest into Europe and globally, using the unique attributes of Luxembourg as an investment platform.

“We’re 20 years into our journey now and as we look to the future, we look to further growth. Opening cross-border offices was the next logical step for our business, recognising that new and existing customers benefit from local, partnership driven support to complement our global services,” comments Fatah Boudjelida, Managing Partner – Operations, ATOZ Tax Advisers.

“Strategically located between Europe, Asia and Africa, Dubai has become the ideal destination for doing business and we believe our service offering is perfectly aligned with the needs of our clients and contacts in the region,” states Keith O’Donnell, Managing Partner, ATOZ Tax Advisers. “The opening of our Dubai office is a reflection of the economic growth sweeping the region. We also believe that an important part of Luxembourg’s growth over next 10 years will come from Dubai and surrounding region. As a firm, we believe that it will be important to have a presence on the ground to contribute to this growth,” he underlines.
