The British Chamber of Commerce is pleased to share information about the new Luxembourg Spouse Programme, developed by the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce as part of the Work in Luxembourg (WIL) initiative.

The programme has been designed to support spouses and partners of international professionals living in Luxembourg, helping them explore opportunities and build fulfilling personal and professional futures in the country.

The programme begins with an Introduction and Orientation Module, taking place on:

• 29 September 2026 – In person at the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce
• 2 October 2026 – Online

During the introductory module, participants will have the opportunity to:

• Discover Luxembourg’s economy and key sectors
• Gain insights into the Luxembourg labour market
• Meet programme partners and support organisations
• Identify the pathway, or combination of pathways, best suited to their personal and professional goals

Following the introductory module, participants can explore four different pathways:

• Pathway to Work – Support for those looking to enter or re-enter the Luxembourg labour market and develop their careers.
• Pathway to Entrepreneurship – Guidance for those interested in exploring entrepreneurship and developing a business idea.
• Pathway to Continuing Education – Support for those wishing to continue their education or have existing qualifications recognised in Luxembourg.
• Pathway to Local Anchoring & Community Engagement – Opportunities to build local connections and become more involved in the Luxembourg community.
