Clifford Chance appoints 10 new Senior Associates in Luxembourg

Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has appointed ten new Senior Associates in Luxembourg. Aubry Kocian, Senior Associate, Global Financial Markets: Aubry advises financial institutions and international companies on banking, restructuring, acquisition finance, structured finance, and real estate finance. She also acts for debtors and creditors on international insolvency restructuring and refinancing.

Isadora Rousselle, Senior Associate, Global Financial Markets: Isadora specialises in insurance, banking, and financial services regulation as well as derivatives, finance, securities, insolvency and general banking and insurance law matters. She further specialises in the digitalisation of the financial and insurance sectors (FinTech, InsurTech).

Donald Sefer, Senior Associate, Global Financial Markets: Donal focuses on national and cross-border banking and finance work, including acquisition finance, real estate finance and secured lending. He advises funds, large international investment banks and Luxembourg banks on financing transactions for Luxembourg-based investment funds.
