• The current UK tax regime for non UK residents holding interests in UK property (both residential and commercial). This will include a summary of the practical considerations and will provide examples of Luxembourg resident companies investing into UK real estate and the UK tax impact for non UK resident shareholders in Luxembourg companies

• The recent introduction of legislation requiring overseas entities owning UK property to register with Companies House and identify beneficial ownership. This will include an overview of the rules as well as current and expected HMRC activity in this area
