Tax Group
The Tax Group of the BCC aims to keep the English-speaking business community of Luxembourg up to date with changes in Luxembourg taxation for both individuals and companies. Renowned, experienced and unashamedly pro-active Corporate Tax, Personal Tax and VAT/Customs specialists proudly represent the Tax Group, and address important tax issues impacting the community in regular events throughout the year. One of the hallmarks of the BCC calendar of tax events is the traditional end-of-year Personal Tax Lunch, to help individuals be up-to-date on changes in Luxembourg personal tax and best optimize their situation before year-end.
The Tax Group has held several meetings with Senior Officials at the Luxembourg Ministry of Finance and the Tax Authorities, to discuss important matters to help maintain Luxembourg as an attractive place to do business relative to its European neighbours and the UK. The Tax Group is honoured to provide insight and feedback to the Luxembourg Government on all aspects of Luxembourg taxation, as and when may be sought.
